Yes. Capture and encoding happen entirely in your browser, on your own machine. Your designs are never uploaded, and there's no public share link. The only network request the extension ever makes is a one-time license check for Pro — nothing else leaves your device.

Is Pro really lifetime?

Yes — Pro is a single one-time payment of $49 (normally $79). No subscription, no recurring charges. Once you upgrade, it's yours forever.

What formats and sizes can I export?

Every export is an H.264 MP4 in full HD. Free exports use the animation's native aspect ratio. Pro adds social crops — 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 — plus custom export sizes and the highest-bitrate encoding.

Does it work on any Claude Design animation?

It's built to capture animations rendered in your browser — Claude Design artifacts, prototypes, and most canvas- or DOM-based motion. If a particular animation doesn't capture cleanly, the popup's diagnostics will tell you why.

Is there a watermark on the free version?

Free exports carry a small watermark — but they're still unlimited and full HD. Upgrading to Pro removes the watermark entirely and unlocks every social crop and custom size.
