Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Extension. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension. The Free tier is available at no cost with watermarked output. The Pro tier is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to Pro features for the purchasing user's account.
License restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, resell, or circumvent the Extension's licensing or watermarking, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
“Lifetime”
“Lifetime” means for the operational lifetime of the Extension and the services it depends on. It does not guarantee perpetual availability if circumstances beyond our control (e.g. discontinuation of underlying platforms the Extension relies upon, including Claude Design or the Chrome Web Store) make continued operation impossible.
Payments and refunds
Pro purchases are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe, subject to their respective terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Extension does not function as described. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Extension and its branding. You retain all rights to the content you create and export; we claim no ownership of your animations or videos.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Extension only to export content you have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party platform (including Claude Design and Anthropic) and with applicable law.
Not affiliated
The Extension is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or Claude. “Claude Design” is referenced descriptively to indicate compatibility, under nominative fair use.
No warranty
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all animations or with future changes to third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
